International Orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Free shipping offers may be available on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.
4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Totally Fit 24 will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

7. Digital Products / Workshops
For digital programs, online workshops, memberships, or downloadable content:
No physical shipping is involved.
Access details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or member dashboard after successful registration/payment.
